All our barrels are kept indoors, with the water tight barrels in special high humidity space and rehydrate once a month to keep the barrels water tight condition. We offer the barrels in regular or water tight condition. Use our food grade silicon bungs to plug the bung hole in our barrels if you need a sealed barrel.
