TST活酵母使用方法：
1.低于皮肤温度的水洁面
2.拍爽肤水/保湿水（拍足量）
3.首次使用，均匀涂抹薄薄一层活酵母，静待10分钟，如无任何不适（痒、刺痛），可延长至15分钟，温冷水清洗干净。
4.再次轻拍爽肤水/保湿水，或者敷15分钟补水面膜（效果更佳）后，正常涂抹护肤品
备注：首期连续使用三天。第一次使用在10-15分钟，让皮肤适应并接纳；第二次使用，比第一次使用时间延长5-10分钟；第三次使用比第二次使用时间延长5-10分钟。总时间不超过30分钟。
使用前一定为皮肤做好补水，可以让皮肤更好的适应活酵母；使用后，皮肤通道打开，配合补水面膜，会让皮肤更好的补充水分，有利于进一步吸收护肤品中的营养成分。
