Simply defrost the unagi and place the whole packet into boiling water or remove the unagi from the plastic and bake or microwave.
Serve it on a bed of delicious fluffy japanese rice with some salad at the side for a complete meal.

Alternatively, if you're feeling ambitious, create your own unagi donburi.
1. After heating up the unagi, cut it into small cubes and set aside
2. Mix 1 tsp of iChef Tsuyu sauce with 2 eggs
3. Slice some onions and fry it with some oil till translucent
4. Add the unagi cubes
4. Pour the egg mixture and turn to low heat and cover for a few seconds
5. Transfer onto a bed of rice
