We would like to comment on your feedback as it seems you have not followed instructions provided and used brushes straight from the box. Please remember that PURE BRISTLE brushes are made off hair and have to be washed with soapy water before first use. You have also forgot to strike brush few times before first use to clear those loose bristles.
