I'll have to say that when I take it, it pushes me to go to the gym. Between this and changes in diet, I'm pushing more and more weight as time goes by. I would give it more or less stars but this if my first day actually using this product. I have been through a plethora of preworkouts ranging from warpath by havoc to evolution nutritions brand of pre workout. There are so many to choose from it really just depends on what your own preference is. Also a ton of factors when looking at how much of a pump you want (which is that stinging or tingling feeling), creatine or not, how many mg of caffeine, ecetera. Something everyone needs to look at always when choosing a preworkout that suites themselves. But overall a descent product as of right now, for me, very mediocre especially because of the price. Yes (3) No (1)Flag as Inappropriate Works well for meI have used this product for awhile now and it works well for me. You can use 1-2 scoops as a pre workout but I just use one. When I don't use it before working out I notice I start getting sluggish at the end of the workout but when I take it I get the extra boost to finish my workout strong. It does make you tingly but that usually starts right at the 30 minute mark when you can start working out and as soon as you do the sensation goes away. Was this review helpful?
