Normally, I get some general brand of BCAA pills but I hated how big the pills were. I am glad I got to try Charge. It tastes great, its super low in calories but has high amount of BCAAs! Mixes extremely well, I did not even use my shaker cup to mix. Taste is great also. I am not a strawberry person, but the strawberry kiwi tastes great. This will be my amino acid of choice.
