Regarding Singpost Normal Mail:
Do note that seller bears no responsibility for parcel loss by Singpost Normal mail and there is no way we can track as there is no tracking number. Choose Normal Mail at your own risk.
Seller STRONGLY encourages that buyer should opt for registered mail/smartpac if he/she wishes to trace the parcel.
Regarding Singpost Delivery Timings:
We post out parcels daily. In most situations, customers receive within 2-6 working days. However, Do note that in some circumstances, Singpost Normal Mail takes up to 1 month to deliver your parcel. We do not have control over their delivery schedules and we will not know exactly when you will receive. On our side, we can only confirm that we have mailed out your parcel. Normal mail does NOT come with any way to track your parcel.
If you wish to track your parcel, opt for Registered Mail/Smartpac for your reassurance as it comes with tracking number.
