<br />1.You should check whether the indicator light can blink green when you connect it to the computer. If do, the item has no problem. .If not blink green, change another computer for a more try.

<br />2.After cheking the item has no problem, you should ensure whether your computer has installed drive and the drive is installed successfully. The drive has Window version and IOS version. You should choose the version according to your computer system.If other brands' drives of drawtable have been installed in the computer drive, it is suggested to delete.
