Attention:

1.the not inflatable "O" balloon and the not inflatable "C" is almost look the same.but after inflatable , they are different, please have a look at the pictures.

2. Foil Balloons no shrinkage, do not punch inflated too much,about 70-80% is ok . If you charge too much, the balloon will be directly broken up.

1. If you address is unconfirmed we are not to be held responsible for it. It is very safe door to door service, most countrys never get problem with customs. (Please leave your phone in order to let the mail staff connect with you) if your address is belonged to the "other country", please connect with me to know about the detail of the ship cost.
2.in normal, the chinese air mail is about 9-18 business days. But it may be about 45days, if there is the customs problem or your address is a remote place, or your country post office need more time to send the mail .
3.in normal, the EMS air mail is about 7-15 business days, but it may be about 30days, if there is the customs problem or your address is a remote place, or your country post office need more time to send the mail .
4.for the chinese air mail, it is not received after about 18bussiness days, for the EMS air mail, it is not received after about 13 bussiness days, please connect with us, let us to ask the chinese post office to check the detail . i am very sorry to cause your inconvenience, thank you.
