Hot Topokki Sauce : Spicy,Sweet,and Savory Instant Red Pepper Topokki Sauce
How to Cook :
- Ingredients 6-8 scallions, white and green part sliced thinly lengthwise then cut in half
- 1 cup boiling water 1 Package Rice Sticks, rinsed well in cool water before cooking
- 1 Package Toppokki Sauce Additional Vegetables as Desired, carrots, garlic, onions, or Fish Cake, optional Instructions Into a cup of boiling water in a wide saute pan or nonstick wok add in the Package of Rice Sticks and Scallions, stir,
- then pour in Toppokki Sauce and stir thoroughly on medium low heat.
- The Sauce will appear thin in the pan at first, continue stirring and the water will reduce, the sauce will thicken and the rice sticks will cook through. Once the sauce has reduced to about half the dish is done, serve hot immediately.
