7 Days Return / Exchange Policy

We will only accept return / exchange goods due to product manufacture defects within 7days after delivery. No return will be accepted after 7days.

Return Procedures

Please request for return by emailing us at marketing@icecube.com.my within 3 days from the delivery date.

You have to include the following details in the email:

- Contact no:

- SKU code & Product to return :

- Reason for return / exchange : Product Defects ONLY 

Once we receive your request for return or exchange， we shall contact you within 3 business days for further instructions. 

Once your return is received and inspected by us (usually within 72 hours of receipt)， your refund will be processed and we will contact you to arrange the refund or exchange.

Please note that shipping fee is not refundable. Delivery cost incurred for returning the items will be borne by the customer. Buyer will take full responsibility of the product damage/ lost during the return shipment to us.
