Was the photo token a matching one to your set, if so, then you can add it to your collection, if not, then place it face down next to the game board. If you land on a square with a question mark on it, then you can turn over one of the photo tokens that have been laid face down next to the game board ? if the token matches your collection, then you can add it to your pile.
