SHIPPING POLICY:
1. Mobifone Entprise provides free normal postage (Pos Malaysia) to all local (Malaysia) orders only.
2. We will not be responsible if your item is lost through normal postage. Customers are strongly encouraged to select Pos Express (Delivery in 1 - 2 working days) by paying extra RM 3.00 or shop for RM 10.00 and above in order to get free shipping via Pos Express.
3. We are not responsible for items that are damaged during mail delivery.
4. Customers shall ensure the deliver address is deliverable before submiting the order to Mobifone Enterprise, customers shall pay the additional postage fee if the first delivery attempt by Pos Malaysia (Express) is failed due to undeliverable address.
5. If any of the item ordered is out of stock, we will inform you via email or SMS immediately.
6. All items will be shipped out within 24 hours once the delivering address is confirmed.
7 DAYS MONEY BACK POLICY:
1. The 7 Days Money Back Guarantee period will commence from the date that the customer received their product or in any case there is no receipt of delivery, the date shall be taken as 3 working days from the date of posting.
2. If any refund is requested within the 7 days money back period, Mobifone Enterprise will refund the original product purchase price (100%) less all postage fee incurred*.
3. The following fees and/or charges will not be refunded:
* Delivery charges (if any) from Mobifone Enterprise
* Returned Postage Cost (if any) to Mobifone Enterprise
4. Item returned must be in their original packaging with all accessories, and be in original condition. Used item will not be accepted.
5. Buyer is responsible for the returned postage cost of all returned items.
6. Where an item is found to be faulty in original condition, Mobifone Enterprise will provide a replacement/refund.
