Mentioned size is from first to the last grommet. For example, Large (34-40 inches) is 34 inches long on the first grommet and 40 inches long on the last grommet. If your waist circumference is between 2 sizes, we recommend longer size. You can easily shorten the belt. Instructions are enclosed.
