Mailing and delivery
All items will be processed and sent out within 1 to 3 working days (excluding Sat/Sun and PH).
If you choose Singpost normal mail: please note that there is no tracking for this option. Singpost's service standard is 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once item is mailed out, we will no longer be able to track when the item will be delivered. You will receive the item in your mailbox at the address provided. Singpost will not call/ sms you to arrange delivery. We will not be liable for lost mails/ incomplete/ inaccurate address provided by buyers. We are able to provide video recording of every parcel mailed at Singpost for proof of mailing.
