Directions
Will make a 16 to 18 inch Pizza You will need:
10 oz (1¼ cup) water room temp.
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 packet of dry yeast (7 grams)
Preheat the oven to 450°F. Grease cookie sheet or pizza pan.
Mix all of ingredients together in an electric stand mixer using the paddle attachment. When the mixture comes together form it into a ball, cover it with a warm moist towel and let it rise in a warm environment for 30 to 45 minutes or until double in size.
Form the dough into a 16 or two 8 inch circle using white rice flour as a floured surface to spread the dough. Add sauce and toppings then bake on lowest oven rack or pizza stone for 12 to 17 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. For Bread sticks, roll the dough into 2 inch balls. Roll them out in a cigar shape. Let it rise for 45 minutes. Brush lightly with an egg wash.
