- Dynamic variable-speed side brush
When sweeping along a wall or an obstacle, the side brush spins at a high speed of 330RPM and thoroughly clears the edge area. When sweeping in straight line in a Z-shaped path, the side brush spins at a low speed of 130RPM, preventing the trash from flying about.
- Sweep and mop
Roborock S5 features sweeping-mopping capability, work once, double clean. The water tank is designed with the philosophy of botanical biomimetics, and together with the microfiber mopping cloth, they make home cleaning easier.

Safety and Harmless
- The dock charger is equipped with cover-current, over-voltage and short-circuit protection, and the low-voltage 20VDC power supply is harmless to both humans and pets.
- Fall sensor: when the wheels are off ground, the robot will stop working immediately, significantly increasing the safety during handling.
