1.The Charging Time?

A: 4-6 hours depends on the capacity. It's super fast charging,and our AC adaptors are registered with SPRING Singapore.

2.Is it waterproof?

A: Yes, it is waterproof.  You can use under light rain condition but we don't recommend to use under very heavy rain since it is electric product.

3.What's warranty covered? Where to claim it?

A: You have to select the warranty drop down list to entitle warranty Claim.
Our Singapore local Warranty cover motor, main board, led screen, controller and battery.

The warranty components include: 1) Motor, 2)Battery, 3)Controller, 4)Display unit.
Keep your receipt for warranty claim
Then following situations will not be covered by the warranty:
1.Lack of maintenance
2.Malfunction caused by unauthorized modifications,disassembling,or repair
3.Accidental damage
4.Exterior damages
5.Water damage or malfunction caused by riding on rainy days
