These come packed as the heads may be tight so leave them in a vase and they will naturally open, or use a hot hair dryer and the air will open them.

This artificial tulip are made of PU material,there will be some air holes on the leaves,and tulips buds and stems can be moved.this is not damaged,it is a normal phenomenon.
