SingPost Normal Mail (in Mailbox, No tracking number) 

If your order is shipped to you via SingPost Normal mail. Item will be delivered in your mailbox. no tracking number will be provided. Customer will take the risk for the lost mail during transit, and Orangey Chemistry will not be responsible for any lost mail, so we highly recommend customer to choose Registered mail instead of SingPost Normal mail.
Usually delivery will take 2-5 working days(it may longer during Festive season or long holiday)  . We aim to have your items shipped out within 0-2 working days  after payment is confirmed. 

 

Condition of Items

Item colour in the picture may vary from actual item this may be due to different monitor resolution. And this cannot be classified as defect.  

In case of out of stock, seller will inform buyer promptly , and depend on buyer whether to change to another item of the same value or refund will be made. 

 

Each item will be inspected before sending out. Please rest assure that all item(s) send out is at its good condition. Should you have any issue regarding the items, please send us an email before writing a review, it will be answered promptly and appropriately. Please note that return delivery will be at the expense of buyer.
