Directions:

As a dietary supplement, take one tablet daily with either water or lukewarm water.

 

Warning: Please follow the recommended daily intake. Excess zinc intake may hamper copper absorption, causing nausea, vomiting. This supplement is not recommended for children.

 

Each tablet contains 14mg of zinc and 10mg of powdered maca extract.

 

What is Zinc?

Zinc is a mineral, an essential trace element that is an important structural component of more than 200 types of enzymes involving protein synthesis. As our body has no natural way to store zinc, it is therefore important to ensure we are getting our daily dose.

 

The good news is zinc is naturally found in a great variety foods particularly oysters, red meat and poultry, animal livers, egg yolk, and available as supplement. Most people get enough zinc from the foods they eat. But certain groups of people are more likely to have trouble getting enough of it, particularly people who adopt instant foods, fast-foods as their daily meals, people who undergo extreme weight-loss programme, vegetarians who do not eat meat, which is a good source of zinc.

 

What is Maca?

Maca is a root belonging to the radish family grown in Peru. It is revered in the ancient Incan period as food for the royal families and as a reward for royal warriors before battles. Maca is rich in essential amino acids including arginine, lysine.
