I have been reading about the benefits of chia seeds for a long time and I'm always surprised to hear how easy they are to use! Especially how it comes with probiotics.Very reasonably priced, great quality and perfect addition to my many recipes that call for them. You can add them to almost anything, yogurts, oatmeals etc. They have no real taste so anything goes; just a crunchy texture. Go get your Chia on and stay healthy!
