We only sell models with Digital controls because you are assured safety from electrical sparks and be given precise control. There is also less wear and tear damage to the controls as there are no springs which could be worn out overtime. This is us being responsible sellers, and not trying to sell you a sub-standard product by just using the Laboton brand name.

We take a lot of responsibilties for our products. As much as we can, we try to check for defects on the product before shipping.

 

You may recieve your item in some cases where the packaging is opened and then resealed. This is becausewe will normally open up the packaging to check the items within. Please be assured that you item is new and unused.

 

For exchanges and returns, you will have to send the item back to us so that we can facilitate an exchange with proof of the defective product. The product will have to be unused and we will accept returns and exchanges if you notify us of any defects within 3 days of receiving the product.
