How to prepare the Maple Syrup drink
In 1 bottle (1.5ltr) of distilled water, mix with 1/3 of Maple Syrup, squeeze juice of 2 lemons. Remember to mix well and at the same time, drink lots of water.

Day 1

- Can I eat fish and lean meat?
It depends on what level you want to take the plan to. If you just want to modify your eating habits incorporate lots of the fruit, vegetables, whole grain rice and porridge, you should still see some good results.
