I could be a really lazy person in the mornings but as soon as I take this product I get a burst of energy and I kill all my workouts. If followed by a healthy diet and a workout routine you'll start seeing amazing results. I've noticed I've lost weight and I also get the energy I need to go hard on my workouts with this product.
