For commercial address, delivery would be from Monday to Friday during office hour.

For residential address, delivery would be usually scheduled at night time.

For those who choose normal mail,your order is shipped to you via SingPost Normal mail. Postman will deliver your package in your mailbox. No tracking number will be provided, so customer will take the risk for the lost mail during the normal mail transit, and Vivifashion is not responsible for any lost mail issue, we highly recommend customer to choose Qxpress shipping instead of SingPost Normal mail.

Please avoid using address of education institution (such as school or university) or hospital if normal mail is chosen.
