-Booking is strictly for Email only, booking at least 1 working Day in advance.
-For next day booking please book with us before 3pm to process your booking.
-For travellers travelling on Saturday, Sunday or Monday. Kindly book 2-working days in advance.
-Ticket is for Adult or Child, Inclusive of all taxes and surchage.
-Ticket is only valid for Batam Centre and Sekupang Terminal.
-Seats is subjected to availability.
-We will send you the confirmation email to collect form Majestic Fast Ferry.
-You can choose to print out or flash your confirmation mail through your phone.

-Booking must be made within 60days of purchase date (Expired ticket will be forfeited)
-Boarding pass must be collect at least 70minutes in advance before departure time. (Boarding pass will be cancelled if not collected in time)

-No refund for no show, miss ferry etc.
