How to use:
1. Soak body with warm/hot water for at least 15 minutes before use. Make sure no soap/body wash was used.
2. Grab each ends towards back and start scrubbing the back. to left, right, and diagonally. DO NOT over-scrub.
4. Wash off and use soap or body wash.
5. Recommendation:
    - after taking shower, use body lotion/cream to add moisture and softness.
    - Use once a week (once in two weeks are fine also).

CAUTION:
- DO NOT scrub too hard. It may damage other skin cells.
- STOP USE immediately if it hurts.
- NOT SUITABLE for children.
