I shall not be held responsible for items that got lost in mail if you choose the Non-Registered Mail option.  If it is due to wrong address entered into the system and when I receive the returned mail, I’ll contact the buyer for a redelivery, at the customer’s expense.

 All orders will be shipped out via SingPost Normal Mail/Registered mail in 1~2 working days:
If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, you will be informed and given full refund if you don’t wish to wait for restock.

 You have to bear the mailing charges for resend of items if it is returned to us due to:

            *Wrong Address you have provided;
            *Uncollected at PostOffice;
            *Rejected by recipient.

 We will not be responsible for lost mail if you didn’t opt for registered mail.

 REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 If our produce just isn’t right for you or we sent a wrong item to you, you can request for a refund or exchange:

          * You return to us within 7 days from the date of Purchase.
            * Items must be returned in original condition.
            * Damaged item or Opened packaging will not be accepted. (Items should be New and unused.)
            * Buyer will need to pay for the return costs, shipping fee will not be refunded.
            * Exchange/Refund will only be processed upon receiving of returned items.
