These cast aluminum brackets are used to connect pieces of 20mm aluminum extrusion at a 90 degree angle. The gussets guarantee a solid, rigid connection. We recommend M5 8mm button head or low profile screws and any M5 t slot nuts that are compatible with 20mm extrusion (neither are included). Build CNC routers, 3D printers, CNC laser cutters, CNC plasma cutters, robotics projects, 3D carvers, machine guards, workstations, etc. Note: unlike with the smaller 20mmx14mm cast brackets, the holes in these brackets are located such that both sets of tabs should sit in the slots of the extrusions that they connect in order to work properly, i.e. these brackets require that the two connected pieces intersect and are perpendicular to each other as in the picture. The tabs on the Style A brackets are too wide for 80/20 20 series extrusion. The Style D is compatible with 80/20 20 series.
