Unbeatable for filter, cold brew & plunger, Hey Buddy is made up of our best and favourite seasonal single origins. Hey Buddy is a 50:50 blend that's 100% Ethiopian, 50% washed and 50% natural process - fantastic news if you like a bright, fruity and flavourful cup. The Ethiopia Sidama Kebado and Ethiopia Limu Gera Farm are two gorgeous coffees from one of our favourite growing regions; sweet, syrupy and aromatic. We select, roast and blend our Hey Buddy coffees for a profile that is bright and beautiful with notes of strawberry jam up-front, hazelnut mid-palate and a clean milk chocolate finish.
