I always need a boost for my workouts and this does just enough for me not to be bouncing off the walls. I have tried other supplements that are just filled with caffeine and nothing else to support your health goals. I also have used the 7 day Ultra Fast, which is ok (TMI- gave me regular BMs). Consistency is key so after using for 30 days I can make a clear opinion of Body Lab supplements with diet and exercise. Lastly, I can say that I am actually in a better mood since using Body Lab. I feel more lively to do more especially in the evenings (household chores, watch movies, working from home, exercise, etc). I'm definitely not annoyed as much. I did read that the Body Lab Supplements help with women's mood and hormones. So maybe thats has something to do with it.
