I put a pea-sized amount all over my face and then went to bed. The next morning, half of my white-heads were gone! I saw half because the bigger ones weren't completely gone, but were certainly put down in size. The downside is that it CAN and WILL bleach your fabrics, so be careful about your pillow cases!
