Suggested Use
Adults: 1 tablet 2-3 times a day before a meal. Do not take before retiring.
Children: This product is not recommended for children. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily amount. In thyroid dysfunction seek medical advice.

Microcrystalline cellulose corn starch polysaccharide of soy cottonseed oil. Standardized to 50 mc iodine per tablet.
