I have asthma and allergies, so being able to breathe better is a definite plus for me. Also, I had a cut that would not heal on my ankle once. It had been days and still was not getting better and was red. In desperation, I took vitamin e oil and dabbed a drop on it to keep the air away from the cut-- since it burned and was irritated. Over night, it was healing. I cannot claim this would always happen when used, but it did in this one instance. (I was short of breath when I was pregnant for one of my children, I had read about Vitamin E helping blood to carry more oxygen, after asking my Dr. if it would be ok to take...
