Directions for use 

To cleanse the face
  1. Open the container cap and remove the stopper from the centre.
  2. Press firmly down with both thumbs around the hole in the centre, and squeeze out an adequate amount of cleansing paste (about 0.5 cm – 1 cm).
  3. Place the paste in the palm of your hand. Add water and work into lather. Then use it to wash your face with gentle circular motions. Finally, rinse thoroughly.

To cleanse the body
  1. Lather up using a sponge or wash cloth.
  2. Cleanse the whole body. Then rinse thoroughly.
