Whichever Way You Mount

Depending on your activity, it's good to know that even if you mount the HDR-AS30V upside down, you can still record in normal, right side up mode - just by changing the mode setting. The smart Live-View Remote’s monitor can also be flipped upside down for easy viewing.

Map View Map View reads location information recorded in a file by built-in GPS and plots a trail of your course. In video use, images of the starting point and course route are displayed. In still image use, images and points of shooting locations are displayed.		GPS Data Overlay On Video GPS Data Overlay on Video reads your speed data recorded by built-in GPS and generates another video file that displays speed information, etc. You can upload the video file with speed information to the Internet and share your experience with many viewers.

Multi View Video Merge Multi View Video Merge generates one video file by combining two videos that were taken with different cameras. By uploading the multi-view file to the Internet, you can share the fun of two-screen playback with many viewers.		Movie Rotation After a video is shot, Movie Rotation turns it clockwise or anti-clockwise every 90°. This is helpful if the video was taken from left-to-right in reverse or upside down, or when you want to enjoy it in portrait orientation.

When your Action Cam is head mounted or out of your reach, the optional hands-free Live-View Remote accessory lets you check viewing angles on a colour monitor through Wi-Fi*. Which means you can use the waterproof Live-View Remote to keep on biking, sky-diving, surfing or wakeboarding while filming!
