• Items sold are not refundable/exchangeable.

• No cancellation of order once it is confirmed & sent.

• All items are bubble-wrapped before sending.

[Shipping]

• Items will be mailed out within 2-3 working days upon confirmation.

• We will not be responsible if item is lost through normal postage.

• We encourage customers to opt for registered postage/mail. That will be an additional cost of $2.50.

• For more than 1 item purchased using registered postage in Singapore, you will only have to pay $2.50 once. $2.50 is charged per time, not per item, so please select registered postage for only 1 of the item if you are using combined shipping. Please indicate on the memo that all your items are registered postage.
