[What other addons do you have?]
1) Ironed Kebaya
(no extra charge - pls note ironed kebaya will be slightly bulkier during collection as we place it in a hanger and protective cover/bag if available)
2) Pins (no extra charge - some of our clients prefer to use these safety pins to curve at the waist portion for their photoshoot/DND purposes)
Pls request these addons 1) 2) or 3) if you would like them via Qoo10 -> email enquiry or email (miiostore@yahoo.com). Ironing has to be requested 3 days in advance so not applicable for last min orders. Ironing is free for now (promotion) but we may charge for ironing at a later date.

[Can I try on the kebaya?]
Strictly no tryings for hygiene purposes please. We do not have extra trying sets. Decide your size before purchase/rental. We have exact measurements which you can use to compare against your waist, PTP, hip,length etc.
(Requests for fitting only available for rental/purchase of >10 sets). No, we do not entertain "putting on the kebaya just to see the fit" at the collection point. Strictly no trying.

[Is it still available?]
As of 26 Apr 16, recommended to book at least two weeks in advance to prevent disappointment as there may be waiting list for your festive dates.

[How to rent?]
1. Purchase e-ticket
2. Make appointment with us for collection
-> Email enquiry to check availability on your dates.

->You can use Qoo10 email enquiry or email miiostore@yahoo.com
->If dates not available, pls select other dates. If your dates are not flexible, pls email to check availability before purchasing e-ticket, as e-ticket is non-refundable after 24 hrs.
3. Come down to our collection point to collect your costume with e-ticket.
-> A costume cash deposit (S$35 per Kebaya) will have to be paid (Cash S$35 will be refunded to you when costume and accessories returned in original condition)
4. Return the costume at the collection point (same place) by the due date.
-> Appointment must be made beforehand via Qoo10 email enquiry or email:miiostore@yahoo.com

[Do I have to wash the costume before returning?]

You don't have to wash the costume as we have specialized wash+steam laundry treatment for the costume). :) The rental costume is also washed and steamed before your collection (not applicable for last minute orders)

[Where to return?]
Same as above. Charge of $5 applies if hangers, pins or protective cover bag is missing. pls try to take good care of our items as we take pride in them, thanks! :)

[I forgot to bring the kebaya out for return, can I extend the rental for one more day?]
Late charge of $7/kebaya/day applies. It is not really worth it, so do return the rental sets on time.

[Do you ship overseas? Can I do it by my preferred courier?]
Yes. Pls PM for details.
