Delivery

·        If payment is made to My Magix Box through G-Market, please note that the item will be delivered 2 days after G-market notify us of payment made.

·        Postage charge for non-registered mail is at an additional postage cost of S$1.50 to Singpost, we won’t be liable for any lost mail.

Exchange Policy

·        Please check all items upon receipt

·        Any issues have to be highlighted to us within 7 days of mailing.

·        A clear snapshot has to be attached together with the email.

·        Replacement piece will only be delivered upon receipt of the defect item.

·        All return items must be in original unworn condition to be eligible for exchange.

·        In the event that items are no longer in stock,

o   If order through G-Market, we will refund the order as per G-Market transaction system after receiving return item.
