<li>Adjust grind as desired by loosening top knob (counter-clockwise) for coarser grind and tightening (clockwise) for finer grind.</li>
<li>To clean, wipe with non-abrasive damp cloth, pat Dry with soft cloth. Store away from excessive heat and humidity.</li>
