Suggested Use
Our Slimming Tea can be enjoyed either hot or cold after your evening meal or in the late afternoon.
Begin by drinking only small amounts of tea and gradually increase the amount according to your needs. We suggest you start by pouring 2 cups of boiling water over 1 tea bag. Let it steep covered for 2-3 minutes. After one week increase the strength by pouring only one cup of boiling water over 1 tea bag. You can drink a maximum of 3 cups of tea per day. You can dilute your tea with more water if desired.

This product contains Senna. Please be sure to read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea loose stools or abdominal pain.
