Realfood Organics® Women''s Daily Nutrition® is a unique new multivitamin made from over 50 raw fruits and vegetables. In order to keep this real food as close to its natural state as possible, Country Life uses a proprietary process called Cryo-Active State™, which uses fermentation combined with freeze-drying with live probiotic cultures to support the preservation of nutrients.
The tablets are packaged in an amber glass bottle to protect them from heat and light.

Directions
Adults take two (2) tablets daily. No need to take with food - it is food! Free OfGMOs, wheat, gluten, milk, preservatives, artificial color, artificial flavor and artificial sweeteners.
