You can only cancel your order within (24) Hours from the time ordered. As soon as you have decided that you want to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately by sending an email to us.

RETURN & REFUND

We accept returns and issue refunds under the following circumstances;

Item arrived broken or damaged
Item is missing or lost during transit * Do take note that all items are checked thoroughly by seller and recorded before shipping out. - All costs associated with return of any item are the responsibility of buyer except for costs to return an item that is received broken or damaged.
Items are in their original selling condition with all tags attached. Packaging should be intact, and items have not been worn, washed, nor damaged;
Return requested within 7 days from the delivery date; and

- Broken/damaged items must be reported to info@ibhexpress.com within 3 days from the date the item was received.

Requests for returns/refunds will not be accepted for minor quality issues (e.g slight signs of stains,minor scratches,discoloration.)

WRONG ITEM / DEFECTIVE ITEM DELIVERED

If you believe that you have received a wrong item (that is different from what you have ordered), or that the item you have received is defective, please submit a Return request via email.

We will contact you thereafter, as we will need to verify the reason for return. You might be required to provide additional information, or send us digital photographs as part of this verification process.

We will refund what you paid in full after we have confirmed that a wrong delivery has been made, or if the item has a manufacturing defect.
