• In an event that an item is out of stock, we will send an SMS or an email to notify you.
• Please double check your delivery address before payment. Customer will have to bear the cost of re-posting once returned mail is received by us due to an incomplete or incorrect address.
• As payments are managed by gmarket, you will have to contact gmarket regarding any payment matters.
• All items will be personally inspected before posting to ensure our valued customers always get the best quality (*for the value of the item) and shopping experience with us.
• Orders will be sent out via Singpost normal mail in 1 to 2 working days once order is confirmed by gmarket.
• We STRONGLY RECOMMEND registered mail via Singpost. Online tracking number will be provided once item has been posted.

• Normal mail post will take about 3-5 days (excluding Sat and Sun) to reach your mailbox.
• We WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any item (lost or damaged) sent out by Singpost normal mail and there will not be any tracking number provided.
• Meet up for collection will only be on every Wednesday between 7:30pm and 8pm at Woodlands MRT station only. Item priced will not be reduced for meet up collections.
