This is vacuum packed for easy shipping and also helps to place into the cover when it is flat. Please hold the pillow by two corners and shake it up and down for a few minutes and fluff gently. And repeat this step for the other side.

Feathers is naturally absorbent and please leave it out in the sun for a few hours if it is mainly used in moist conditions. The sunlight, heat, and fresh air will help make your pillow fresher. Or put in the dryer for 20minutes with low heat is also welcomed.

Note To Customers: For best results this insert is recommended for 20x20 or 21x21 sham covers, If your cover is 22x22 we recommend 24x24 inserts to provide a plump and full pillow from corner to corner.
