The Sierra Comfort exercise balance ball (SC-0420) has multiple uses. The ball is 25 inch in diameter and is made from pvc-free plastics. Its durable strength allows for traditional use as an exercise ball; most common with core strengthening. The SC-0420 also includes a breathable nylon cover that adds extra cushion and comfort when using the ball as seating. Once seated, the cover has handle straps on its sides to assist in adjusting your position. Also included is a rubber base at the bottom of the nylon cover; meant for providing extra traction to its surface and as added weight to keep the ball from rolling off when free.
