Delivery Terms

We strongly encouraged customers to use Qexpress Service as the courier man will send the item to your door step. Qexpress provides waybill number for customer to check on purchased items.

Please note that we will not be liable for the loss of item during the process of delivery. Please read below for singpost normal delivery process.

We also provide fast delivery to customers, however please note that Singpost do not do any mailing on Saturdays and Sundays. Thereafter, items purchased towards weekend will take slight longer days.

Post Office procedure

For Normal Delivery, small items will be send to your letterbox. Please be expected to receive it from the letterbox next few days after making your purchases.

For Normal Delivery, BULKY ITEMS – Items that cannot be placed in your letterbox. Postman will leave a delivery note in your letterbox for collection of items. PLEASE NOTE, singpost mention that there is no way to track your items WITHOUT the DELIVERY NOTE. Please collect the delivery note in your letterbox.
