WHAT IT IS- UltraFine Setting Powder is a finely processed, clump-free and moisture absorbing powder for setting cream makeup for longer lasting effect. MADE IN THE USA
HOW TO USE- Apply liberally to a Powder Puff and press powder into the makeup to absorb excess moisture. Dust off excess with a powder brush.
ARTIST TIP- Apply Barrier Spray over the finished makeup application will lift the powder haze, restore the color and seal the makeup.
COLOR- Neutral/translucent for use on colored grease/cream makeup
