Specifications: To Suit Model: Fender stratocaster (Based on the fender American and Mexican standard and big apple stratocaster) Ply: 3. Total Thickness: 2mm. Ply Colours: Black/white/black. Top (Face) Colour: Black (glossy finish). No of Affixing Screw Holes pickguard: 11. Humbucker holes Suitable for normal open style humbuckers. The humbucker hole size = 38mm x 70mm and the screw holes are 79mm center to center for the humbucker. The pickguard is fully shielded at the back for all electronics. What do you want from a Scratchplate? Good Fit - Well, you're in luck! Its contoured to fit your genuine fender American and Mexican standard and the big apple stratocaster like a glove. Strength - No worries there! Its a strong as an Ox. Made from heavy duty plastic, its a good thickness which you should find pretty damn hard to break. Easy to fit - It doesn't get much easier - just use the screws from your existing scratchplate into the exisiting holes and you're away! This pickguard will not fit a fender blacktop stratocaster because the SD humbuckers from the blacktop strat have a bigger size compared to normal size open humbuckers.
